Actually, I wouldn't be too surprised if they did end up shipping 1M+.  Acording to VGC, MS had a shipment/sales gap of 1.5M for 2011, which actually is about normal for them.  So I don't think we'll see a much lower number than there usual ~1.5M for the first quarter of the year.  I'm guessing ~1.2-1.4M.
