The PS3 sales will slow considerably in mature markets once the PS4 is announced.
There is almost no reason to buy a Wii right now, and there will be even less after the details become know at E3. The same thing will happen to the other consoles.
Plus, Sony does not have the money to push two consoles. So it will probably phase out the PS3 to drive new sales as quickly as it can.
Of course, if there really is a 10 year plan for the PS3 and the next console does not come out until 2016 or 2017, then it might get close to the Wii.
But DQX will not come to the PS3 and it is doubtful that KH3 will come around in time to gen 30M in sales either.
(And you are talking about Sales not Install Base. The latter would not include PS3 units bought to replace broken units or Wii units packed away in nursing homes and no longer being used).
