Man, that's a crazy prediction!!
I just don't think that there is room in the market for a old console as the PS3 to sell so much in 2 years! That would be insane, also considering the fact that those sales would be the higher ones since PS3 launch, and we are at the end of the generation.
I think the PS3 will end up with something more than 85 million, because it hasn't the same library and success as the PS2.
