You are wrong, again. That post was to show that Nintendo's games gain traction, each year. That means more people will buy MK 7 and SM3DL this year than last year. That also means even more 3DS'd would be sold compared to last year.

MK7 maybe, but I don't think SM3DL will sell more this year than last year. Do you expect it to reach 10m this year?

Ummmm... no? I think at most 8 Million. I expect Mario Kart to surpass SM3DL though. MK might even get near 10 Million since it is such a big seller.
