I think people are kidding themselves if they're still pushing that iPad/iPhone/Android have no impact on handheld sales. At least in the US, I'd say the impact is starting to look very pronounced.

Averaged 42 - 45k a week this month, a drop to 35 - 38k next month = 140 - 152k. Seems likely, wasn't 3DS sub 100k one month?

NPD May 97k
NPD June 143k (price cute happened here I guess)

Pricecut was at end of july, Oot came in june which is my only reaasoning to the bump.

For some reason Nintendo not give number in NPD July but after in NPD August it sold 235k.

Maybe because of shame... nah joking. Weird but i doubt they mixed both months, i think it would have been higher the august given that case.
