You could probably do some basic upgrades like exhaust and racing chip though. Back to North Korea... They should just hire his company if they really just want to put satellites into space. don't really know, i didn't use the car all i know is that it was funny when i first recognized the car in the game when a competitor had one (because of the different sound)
