haha funny question because few days ago my direct neighbour said me that another neighbour asked if he knows what i'm doing so long in the night at my pc so, no, i didn't feel someone is watching me but ther is someone watching me^^ (seems like i have some experiences with my neighbours like yesterday with the dog question)
