It's only racism if it is racially motivated and against a racial minority. In order for something to be racist, it has to be racially motivated and delivered from the cultural racial authority.
If they are a minority, then it is prejudice at best.
If it is not racially motivated it's just some guys being dicks.
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
