Nah bro, in February the PS3 outsold the 3DS by 100k in a 4 week period in US, that is 25k a week.
It went from that to the 3DS outselling the PS3 by 3K a week in a 5 week period, with the only big software release being Kid Icarus, which according to VGC sold "only" 100k last month.
We are talking about US only, the fact that the 3DS is absolutely owning Japan and leading WW has nothing to do with US, we are talking NPD here.
Having said that, it´s obvious everything is possible, there is no such thing as sense when it comes to videogame sales.
