Isnt Qore $25 per year for a subscription? And wasnt that factored into the price of PSN Plus as it gave your Qore?

If so then PSN plus should logically be cheaper now. If im wrong on the first 2 questions please clarify

It was $2.99. Then Sony made it exclusive for a month for free to all who had PSN Plus as a bonus for purchase. Everyone else got it free later on. The $50 people pay a year for PSN plus gets them free games trials, early access to specific demos, discounts on games (PS1 era, PSN etc), Free early access to Qore, Free themes and avatars, etc. Sony just threw a bunch of shit at you for the yearly price you pay really. I've gotten way more out of it than Live ever gave me. The saddest part of all....if Sony follows Microsoft I am going to be hella pissed. They give so much to gamers and Microsoft gives so little. I just don't get it.

Sorry but im still confused. So it was free for PSN Plus but what about if you had regular PSN and wanted Qore....how much would it cost per year?

And the last sentence is a matter of MS offering less but more relevant content rather then Sony offering much but little that gamers care about. But hey thats me and not the proper thread for this.

It was still free because it was added into the price of PSN plus. After a month, Sony let everyone else get it for free. I had no problem paying $2.99 for Qore because it was like an interactive magazine, which had high quality videos prepping us for the top games of the month, plus pics and downloads with themes and wallpapers, etc.

It's not a matter that Sony is offering little that gamers care for, Microsoft is giving less...because eveything they make you pay for what everywhere else is already free and played on the same level. Sony offers you for at a yearly rate exactly what Microsoft wouldn't give you discounted at wholesale price. Think about it. You pay the yearly rate and pay again basically unless they have a sale and even then Sony has those quarterly sales too. (yes it might be worth talking about in another place, but little things like this show Sony might be cutting back and following Microsofts lead. No offense to Microsoft, but its safer for them because they've always given less when it comes to games or well...anything. Sony's already said they will be cutting back on game development as well next gen which will still yield far more quality titles than Microsoft ever will next gen anyway.)
