The PS Vita isn't expensive lmfao. Yes, it is the same price as a PS3....it doesn't mean Vita is expensive, it means PS3 is expensive.
The Vita was priced the same as the 3DS before the price cut. It's only now that the price is lowered that you people are calling it expensive or over-priced.

The problem with Vita is a lack of killer titles. Here's what it needs:

Japan
Exclusive Final Fantasy or Monster Hunter

America
Call of Duty
That Bioshock game that was announced
That Assassins Creed game that was announced
God of War?

Europe
Same as America but add FIFA

isnt FIFA already out on the Vita?

My point is slightly different, well, actually I was considering the issue from a different angle.

I definitely stand by my opinion that Vita is actually expensive, very expensive, I can agree with you that things thus standing it's TOO expensive, but my point is that if Sony was totally sure about launching it at this price, then it should have done a Xmas WW simultaneous launch. That didn't happen, so we'll never be able to verify my unreal hypothesis and thesis, that IMHO launching that way, and gathering more early adopters for the synergistic effect with Xmas, it could have reached earlier the critical mass for having some 3rd party games released (and some even just announced, as the essential MH) and also the amount of produced units and components purchased or produced to enjoy the first components price reduction, 3DS lead would have been kept smaller, and many other beneficial effects, maybe small if taken individually, but significant if put together, that could have made easier for Sony to keep the price so high longer, if so really wishes, before being forced to cut it.
