80GB PS3 to be Discontinued, due to "low sales".

If I was going to get a PS3 the 80gb is the one I'd buy, especially when it's only $500/£250, that's not expensive, the Wii is £180 in the UK!

How desperate do Sony have to look and how cheap do they have to make the PS3 before they actually get a version people want?
