I'm probably going to get bashed for this, but I'll be a bold (or foolish) Roger Moore fan and say that I don't mind Moonraker. Yes, it is pretty silly, and it's not my most favourite Moore Bond film, but it does have some cool action scenes and locations that make the film fun and entertaining.
I personally find Moonraker more watchable than the newer Bond films, like Die Another Day. That film was just awful.
