With diminished capacity and essentially pioneering a new hardware platform, plus we must remember that Kid Icarus was delayed entirely for scheduling purposes, so they were likely done around November last year. What you end up with is basically a 3.5 year development time, which is above average but not horrendous. Additional capacity to one team (combined with working on a more solidified hardware platform) could produce a productive team easily in line with most groups
