Something for people to ponder. If a generation ends when the next gen starts, you can remove about 60 Million units from the PS2.

Another thing - depending on reception to upcoming 360/ Kinect pricecuts... Along with the upcoming games and huge Wii drops in the next 12 Months, 360 may eventually even catch the Wii.

I agree the generation doesn’t end but the race sure does

OT: lol why would anyone even ask this?

If the order of the console's sales are not fixed, then the race has not stopped.

you just can’t accept the fact that PS3 came last

He might not, but you have to admit, the PS3 is going out with quality exclusives. Microsoft on the other hand can only say they went out conquering casuals. Smarter for business, not so much for quality. Gamers are going to hurt next gen because of the approach to less quality exclusives. Having a fleet of titles will not matter as much to Sony next gen as it never really did to Microsoft (kinda because they can't). Its basically going to be only the strongest titles survive the exclusive fleet type of deal.
