You people think that a simple change in strategy will fix everything for windows phone, when the strategy has a lot of risk to it. MS risks somewhat alienating the pc market by merging the OS with the tablet OS, and by trying to serve two markets at once, creating a substandard product. I realize that msft needs to do something to end the marketshare slide for mobile devices, but it has an uphill battle no matter what.
