Some times it's just better to not post at all. This was one of those times. This complaint was about the missing Co-OP mode in SFxT for 360. A feature that Capcom neglected to tell gamers was cut from the 360 version of the game. Their initial response to the matter was to blame MS and XBL. When gamers pointed out that other XBL games had no problem with the identical feature, they back tracked and said it was due to lack of time and resources. Given the other issues with the game that comment only exacerbated the situation.
