It's also part of life; things advance. Gameplay should be the biggest thing about a game but Graphics is also important. Graphics don't have to be Life-Like nor do they have to be Hollywood movie-like. Graphics can be like Skyward Sword, Okami, or Epic Mickey, too. If we didn't have graphics (Art Style) then we wouldn't have a whole game. |
I'm not saying that graphics don't matter at all. I'm saying that it shouldn't be what makes or breaks a game. I mean, Super Mario Bros. is still a good game. Even though it came out 26 years ago, it still is played today even though it is 8-bit.
