When you sign up it says by submitting your information you agree to VGChartz terms and conditions, ah fair enough, move mouse to text, hmm no link there. Look at sign up page, no link to any terms and conditions page (a place where I might expect them), look around site, nope can't find anything. Search forums, nope nothing...
I assume from this that the site has no terms and conditions? Knowing the T&C is important as you might have small print stating 'Signing up will place you on a mailing list where carefully selected companies will spam you email in the faint hope you might buy something.' or even 'No dissing Nintendo or we'll ban you'
