Will Windows 8 in September further improve WP7.5 an 8's marketshare?

You are saying-asking if windows 8 on desktop will improve Windows Phone marketshare. And I am asnwering, no it wont if that is the only change they make to Windows phone, and have suggested other things they need to do to fix WP lack of marketshare.

With that said I am getting Lumia 900 on Tuesday.
