JUst thought  it would be nice to ask the devs of this siite about the future.

I have been using Windows 8 now consistantly for about 2 weeks. Obviouly Flash domintaes the currently, however it does not run at all on Windows 8. In fact Windows 8 will refuse to install it on Metro UI.

Many sites are now changing to HTML5 including YOutube moving away from flash as of September this year. Due to the fact that Windows 8 will dominate sales Youtube doesnt really have a choice anyway. Also the fact that even on a dual core 4gb laptop Windows 8 using HTML5 is so so fast, the fastest OS Ive ever used and thats in its cnsumer preview state. IE10 is also incredible. Especcially with sites adopting HTML5 early.

VGC seems to be a site which is completely off concerning Windows 8 and IE10. Its okish in desktop mode on Windows 8, but the site is really laggy and poorly optimized in Metro UI Windows 8. Which to be honest is where I want to spend most of my time on my laptop. And september is not that far away.

Is there plans to optimize for windows 8 and Metro? Considering 94% of the market will adopt Windows 8 as all Windows versions are?

94% of the market?

I still see people and businesses using XP.

Though I cant wait for windows 8's full release and see what HTML5 is like (since I've never used it ;x).

(Are you a beta tester or did it come out in some form o.O?)

LOL. 94% was just an exaggeration. Windows in total has about a 94% marketshare. :)

I am usin Consumer Preview. Givin feedback al the time to Microsoft.

Biggest point Im making to Microsoft is educate devlopers away fro shoddy IOS apps.

Those who own a windows Phone will know what I mean. Its so obvious when a dev just ports an IOS app directly over. Against an app redesigned for Metro it looks terrible and has less features.

I am encouraging Microsoft to get developers to utilize Metro properly, cross app interaction and fluid multitasking. Metro is way ahead in loads of features and multitasking. Develpers need to get out o IOS habbits. As it holds some programs back as it did in WP7's first 6 months.
