Sorry guys but these "new IP's" you mentioned are either casual crap or no-names. I'm talking about big franchises like Zelda, DK, Mario. Look at Sony they had Uncharted, Killzone, LBP etc. this gen, look at Microsoft, they had at least Gears. Nintendo made nothing new that's mentionable for the hardcore gamer since ehm...yeah.

Killzone is a new IP this gen? LBP is hardcore? so anything you don't like is not hardcore?

Besides, way to change from your original point.

After 50 years Nintendo makes a new IP, congratulations!!!

so from not making new IPs ever to not making IPs you like...

1. Ok I made a mistake with Killzone, but LBP is a game that's played and loved by many hardcore gamers. What can be more hardcore than making your own games??

2. Yes, of course I know there were some new IP's there, but tell me, which one of those has the quality and charm of the older ones? But of course, I've exageraded.

And how many of those exclusives that have been named are really exclusive because Nintendo did them or owns them?

Most of them are made by developers with little money that chose the Wii because it's cheaper to make games for than the PS360.

All I'm trying to say (with a bit of trolling in my first post, I admit) is that Nintendo lacks innovation, doesn't care for their truest fans and if it innovates it's only for easy money. (Nintendogs, Wii Fit)

All the IPs that he mentioned are owned and/or were developed by 1st and 2nd parties (I not sure about maboshi)

(Xenoblade Chronicles, Disaster: Day of Crisis, Soma Bringer, Wii..., Brain Training/Age, Nintendogs, Steel Diver, Eco Shooter 530, Maboshi, Dillon's Rolling Western, Line Attack Heroes)

And on top of that you could also add, The last story, Pandoras tower, pushmo, Eternal darkness, Starfy, fluidity, rhythm heaven...

Ot: If they game is anything like hot pursuit level of detail and cars, sign me in!
