If anyone actually reads the OP he doesn't in any ways shape or form imply that next xbox won't be vastly more powerful than the current 360
Only that in terms of programming for it, it will be similar. He's simply saying MS won't try to do anything to edgy or far out there in terms of internal setup. Basically it could an incredibly powerful machine but will probably use the same basic tech that all graphics systems and such are built on.
