WIIU: I don't see much appeal in the tablet.  Sure there could be some interesting ways to use it but not enough to convince me to buy the system.  I do not think casuals will find it as interesting as motion controls.  Games aside, we only have hardware to judge right now.  The half step comment has to do with how much power its incresing over the current gen.

In my opinion ninty will fail to capture the hardcore/core, excluding the Ninty fans.  I also doubt they can retain as many casuals as before with the Wii.

PS4: Because Sony has the right tools for success but in the past has made some horrible mistakes.  I know nothing off their console I basing it off their track record.

Nextbox:  The idea that MS needs a fading console market to win next generation is silly.  The xbox was a brand new console and managed to defeat veteran Ninty.  The following generation they did even better.   I do not like MS, and do not want them to win the next generation but from my point of view they look like there in a good position to take it.  Once again lil to nothing is none about there console, so we cant kno for sure.

Wii U: You do not see much appeal in the tablet controller you say? May I remind you what Apple is doing to people's wallets with tablets right now? Do you not see the potential in this controller or are you not impressed by progress? You do not think casuals will buy into it, although it is revolutionary once again. Come on man. The half-step comment is also very ignorant because you do not know the power of Wii U, PS4, or Nextbox for that matter, thus you CANNOT make a valid comparison. So do not fool yourself with such ideas -_-

PS4: No comment.

Nextbox: Fading? Are you sure? Would you be willing to bet Nextbox could outsell Wii U without being launched in Japan? Xbox defeated Nintendo? Oh you mean Gamecube, by outselling it by a mere 2-3 mill. Please. The following gen they did better and got crushed by Wii. Nextbox is going to be second place again right behind Wii U.

Your obviously an avid supporter of Ninty which is fine.  However you are going to argue with anything that you don't like, and your doing so with an opnion not fact.  So stop pretending you know the answers.  Questioning my opinions are fine but you're showing clear signs of fanboyism.

The WIIU tablet is nothing like apple's tablets.   The large appeal of the apple tablets are the mobility.   You can not take the WIIU controller with you.

Japan influence in terms of console sales is not what it used to be.  That is just fact.

Japan % of total sales:  PS2 = 15% PS3=12% GC=19% Wii: 12%

The WiiU will get about 10 million sales from Japan.  Which is great but not impossible for MS to overcome.

You have offered little evidence for your claimes on ninty dominance.   To assume by just simply having a tablet controller ninty will dominate is not very good reasoning.  The real appeal of the Ninty controller is the dual screen affect that helped the DS.  Not the fact, that is a tablet like the Ipad.

I do believe the WiiU will sell a ton of consoles,  about 20m just for being a ninty console, At LEAST another 20m from being the Wii predecessor.  So I believe a 40m minimum.  The rest of the sales we will just have to wait and see how the casuals, core and hardcore(non ninty ones) gamerssee it.

People argue with things they don't like all the time. That's what makes it an argument. Otherwise it would be more of a debate and that's not interesting. I never pretended. In fact I used the word potential because that's how much faith I have in the tablet at the same time not assuming anything too rash.

You're throwing out numbers. Fine but we will see in the future won't we. And you they way you are predicting the sales doesn't even make sense anyways. 20m for being ninty and another 20 for being the Wii SUCCESSOR (not predecessor). They both mean the same thing and you're pulling the numbers from nowhere land. Of course you are entitled to your opinion so like I said we will see.

I hope you know who controls the living room right now, that'll be a huge deciding factor on where the casuals go. Just saying...
