Who cares if Wii U is less powerful than PS3?

If this move saves me some money (which it does) then that's just great.

But you see that is the problem here. With the Wii U Nintendo wants you to buy those third party titles on their console so that they can make profit. But with a console thats even weaker than current gen, it only begs to question why anyone would want to buy watered down ports like you just mentioned. And this is assuming they even receive 3rd party ports unlike what happened with the Wii if the nextbox and ps4 turn out to be graphical powerhouses as rumours suggest.

I don't know if Nintendo can simply survive in the HD environment with just their first party sales but I also highly doubt the Wii U will be less powerful thanthe 360 and PS3.
