It certainly wouldn't bother me to the point that I wouldn't still be excited for it; the games and the gameplay are paramount, after all, and even slightly sub 360 graphics are still good.
But being that first, I'm a sucker for aesthetics, and second, it IS 2012, I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't be a little disappointed if the visuals weren't at least AS good as PS360. I really want to see Nintendo's games get the royal treatment and there's no excuse for WiiU's graphics not to be up to this level by now.
Having said all of that, I think it's a moot point in the end because I don't believe for one second that WiiU's graphics will be sub-par in any way to the HD twins. I think E3 will be a pleasant surprise for anyone in doubt.
