Top 5 for me atm

1. Everquest (original), 5 years of epic struggle in which I met my wife and moved to a different continent
Favorite moment: Chain stunning 30 frogloks in old sebilis while my wife area of effect nukes the @#%& out of them.

2. Civilization, played it for years while modifying civ.exe with a hex editor to create different game modes.
Favorite moment: Discovering SETI program to fill out all the unexplored parts of the map.

3. Ico/SotC collection, I still get tears in my eyes at the end credits of Ico, the vast landscape of SotC never looked better.
Favorite moment: Startling Yorda when you accidentally hit a wall with your sword, The underground collosus bending down and peeking into your hiding spot.

4. Grim Fandango, Adventure game perfection, original story with great humor.
Favorite moment: "Oh Manny... so cynical... What happened to you, Manny, that caused you to lose your sense of hope, your love of life?" "I died."

5. Journey, Amazing relaxing game that you can play through in an evening. Ico condensed in 2 hours.
Favorite moment: A new companion showing up and wondering what he/she is going to do.

Ugh top 5 is too small

6. Dark souls, Exploration at it's finest with all the danger and difficulty of Everquest.
Favorite moment: Being lost half way down to Blightown after falling onto a bonfire, slowly mapping out the environment mentally to discover a way out of the maze.
