1. Zelda Wind Waker. This game is just fantastic, the visuals, the soundtrack, the locations, the gameplay, I love it all. My favourite moment: when Link draws the master sword.
2. Final Fantasy VI. This has IMO the best story of any game and the best villain too. Soundtrack is fantastic too, as well as the 16-bit graphical style. My favourite moment: the final boss and secondly the infamous opera scene.
3. Super Mario Galaxy 2. This games improved upon the original in every way and is my favourite platformer ever made. My favourite moment: finally beating the grandmeister galaxy with only 1 health and getting the final star.
4. Super Smash Bros Brawl. Pretty much everything I want in a game, I've put over 300 hours into it and have loved every second of it. My favourite moment: very hard to say, but I would say getting the game after a long wait of hype and the lengthy localisation process.
5. Metal Gear Solid. I loved this game all the way from start to finish, it is a testament to its quality that I wanted to replay it the moment I first finished it. My favourite moment: Psycho Mantis battle.
