Hang on - an accurate analyst report released on 1st April... is this some form of irony?
Anyway I'd agree with pretty much all of that. Sony seem to have a great handle on the tech element and have produced a fantastic little device - but I've never been convinced they understand who its for specifically and what they will want to do with it nor how best to market it.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
