Sounds fair to me, the guy was an idiot. He got jailed for "inciting racial hatred" and considerring he made the comments in the most public forum you possibly can, the punishment fits imo. If someone stood in the middle of the street and shouted the comments he made, they most definately would be jailed. Just because it's Twitter/online does not excuse idiocy.
