Also TLG might not make any holiday. It had an August release dtae just last year and got delayed by a year, just a month before release.

As for the review, what's your point? Best on consoles is opinion, for the longest time I though Lost Planet was the best on consoles.
reviews center around opinion. the review part was to help reference the point of an opinion. KZ2 is still best on consoles other then GEARS2-3, but that's just my opinion.
as a true TPS GEARS is the best TPS on and off line, unless you want to include Army of 2. again opionion.

That's kind of a side point, why do exclusives need hype? Just because Starhawk is the only good PS3 exclusive coming in the next few months, should it be on every PS3 owners Radar?
in a way yes. i haven't any clue what 3rd party game is coming out. i told you be for, i buy exclusive first 3rd party second.
As for opinion, for FPS, call me crazy, but I think MW3 is the best LOL, yet I never play my copy. Halo Reach is good too. However for TPS Gears win no contest, Lost Planet 2 was a joke, but to be fair, I'd still rather play LP1 then Gears 1.
GEARS1 v lost planet! i'd take neither for $200 lol.
