I don't think they can do this, and that's something I'm very happy about.
While I support a few of their 'ideals', trying to take down the web for cause me to completely remove any support I have for them.
And not just because I won't be able to game online, visit youtube or whatever. I need the internet to send emails, to share my work with my co-workers, to hold meeting etc etc etc, and as time is money in essence, losing a entire day could be costly indeed.
So find another sandbox to play in Anon.
