yeah, that would be like saying that Mario Galaxy ripped off Ratchet and Clanks spherical worlds, or SMBWii ripped off Littlebigplanet because it had 4 player coop.
Besides, what do these people expect? Nobody ever dare make a kart racer again because Nintendo already has one?
