My thoughts exactly. They're largely just a bunch of losers angry about being irrelevant in the industry they are failing in; yet somehow hold the fantasy of themselves being all-knowing geniuses of the gaming industry. Somehow they think that the fact they made a buggy Tetris or pong ripoff game for a cell phone makes them legitimate experts. I think it's a little odd that they go after developers that make actual fantastic games.
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
