The developers of those games is not just going to hand them out for free... Who do you think is paying for it?

Are you aware Microsoft owns all the games listed? I would imagine MS can give them out as they please.

Even if they weren't MS IPs, I would just assume MS had a good relationship with the publishers. You Sony fans reach too far to bash MS, its pathetic.
