The 3DS sales are doing fine. So are the Vita sales in the US and Europe right now, but they are dropping very quickly, just like they did in Japan. The sales will eventually stabalize, but the number of sales wont be very good. Probably around 10k in each territory per week.

You are new to the forums, probably also rather new to the site as a whole, so you don't realize what good sales actually are.

200k units worldwide is a low number. The 3DS being #1 in weekly sales means absolutely nothing. 300k would be a good number. When the DS hit its stride, it moved over 400k units each and every week. The 3DS isn't even close to pushing such numbers.

Vita sales are atrocious and they haven't even bottomed out yet.

I'm not new to the site, just the forums lol. I know 200k units per week isn't great, but it's decent. Most people(including myself) are just waiting for the 3DS lite to come out, once that happens the sales will shoot up to DS levels. I agree about Vita sales being atrocious though, Sony is in a lot of trouble. If they give the Vita a price cut they will lose a ton of money since they are already selling it at a loss or just breaking even, and if they don't the system will fail and a lot of money will have been wasted on development of the system, so theyre in a lose/lose situation.
