I would say eternal darkness will probably be remembered for a long time... so thats one for GC, what makes you so sure nothing new will be made for Wii?
Oh and Geist.. but that wasn't very big.
I am mentioning GC franchises btw, to show you that they do create new and great stuff even on a slow console like GC... so yes there will be something huge (other than Wii___) created in the Wii generation.
