I doubt that a new FPS would be the "system-seller" that the Vita needs. A lot of people are a bit weird of the dual-analog feel. If anything, most CoD players wouldn't pick up a handheld CoD due to the analogs/feel. Sony will have to call forfeit for the Vita if they fail to deliver when E3 rolls around. Nintendo, however, definitely holds things positive for the year 3DS-wise. With AC 3D, PaperMario,Luigi's mansion.(Just picked up Uprising and it's EXCELLENT) etc... and 10+ first party exclusives for the Wii-U, it's safe to say that they make the most promising system for the most promising games. At least they learned enough from the 3DS launch to not let the Wii-U flip within it's first couple of months.

A COD on Vita would reach a different audience than the console gamer.
Based on brand name alone, I expect COD Vita to be the best-selling Vita game this year.
