"Missing links" have been discovered in Africa. But, the thing is, humans didn't evolve, they were scientifically enginered to be made better and smarter, artificially from a "prototype model (the ape)." We've done things like this in a lab ourselves.. Toying around with chickens, and lambs, or whatever. So, it's not like we don't know the changes to look for, we have the technology to see those unnatural evidences of tampering, changes within us, and such tech, it just didn't exist thousands of years ago.
It's funny, because they were smart enough to figure out that something made them... Just... didn't know what.
Nature doesn't take two separate chromosomes, and fuse them together to make something completely new. I wouldn't be so quick to say that evolution is a lie, but, the thing is, it didn't happen with us.
