Ohh, sorry, didn't read that. I just read "fighting fat guy in two days" and saw that the thread was made two days ago.
...Anyway, so we can still give you advice. I've avoided fights and have never had to fight for years now, but I still learnt quite a lot from Taekwondo and martial arts movies.
If he's fat, you should wear him out and use his own weight against him. Move around him quickly and block / dodge his punches, focus on his fists and try and catch his punches or guide them away from you by side stepping and grabbing / hitting his arms or wrists. It shouldn't be too hard as he should be very sluggish. When you see opportunities, try and take them. Some of your best opportunities will be palm strikes to the nose, grabbing his arm and palm striking his elbow, kicking the backs of his legs and using the weight of his punches to knock him over. His fat will be like padding, so try to go for the face as much as possible to daze him, if you're not comfortable with ruining his face then go for his arms and legs.
Try and kick him, kicks are unexpected, powerful and can reach longer distances. Don't ever put too much of your body weight into a punch or you will find it hard to recover, always stay light on your feet and try to punch as fast as possible.
Don't punch things that are hard either, I learnt that mistake a few weeks ago.
Drink lots of energy drinks and watch Ip Man too.
First you weren't giving bus seats to old ladies and now you're fighting, you're a menace to society Jay.
