As someone with at least some degree of knowledge in these things; this sounds like a bad idea. A very bad one. You're the same height, which yields no advantage for you in reach, he weighs 100 pounds more, that is a huge difference. 20 pounds is a big difference! He's stronger than you as well? Not good. Strength doesn't make you throw harder punches but it sure helps on the ground, and this combined with his weight would imply that he can quite easily destroy you.
Track experience and stamina won't matter here, he won't try to remain standing, he'll bullrush you in attempts to get you on the ground and will likely succeed. As soon as you hit the ground, this fight is over.
If you insist on doing this, which I heavily advice against, go for the legs. Low kicks to the legs will shock and disable and he'll likely have his balance and center of gravity way too high like most inexperienced people in a fight. Use your shins and not your feet, aim for the thighs, kicking the knees can cause severe and lasting injury, as can kicking with your feet (half your knuckles and bones are in your feet...). Hopefully, after recieveing enough pain to the thighs, he'll simply give up and limp away.
I repeat though; this sounds like a bad idea, if I were a betting man, I'd give this match despicable odds for you. And, as you grow up, you'll learn that real men settle their differences in other ways anyway.
No matter what happens though, best of luck to you!
