In the developed world in general. The main outliers are places like Qatar - the richest (per capita) and fattest nation in the world - where physical labor is eschewed and done largely by poorer, less obese immigrants.
It's the nature of a post-scarcity society. Obesity used to be a trait of the rich, the only people who could afford to become obese, but it has now become a trait of the poor.
