Here's how the deal really works: For every game with an $8 or more trade in value, they will take $26 off a PS3. Up to 10 games or $260. You can trade in more games at their regular value to save more money. I used this deal and got a PS3 for $395 CAD tax included. Traded in 20 games and only had 8 that qualified for the $26 off. Traded in the rest anyways for 5, 6, or $7.
