As for Microsoft, I can't really think of anything specifically in the last two years, but they've been taken to court many times over Windows and some of their business practices.

By "ethical", are they only referring to their workers and materials, and if they use cheap labour?


The internet lied to me >__>. They aren't using them perse. But they are doing nothing to prevent them from getting into their products. No auditing their producers, not backing a law banning them, etc etc. 

Any company can be brought to court. Do you have some specific ones that you find "unethical"?
