I looked more into this, both the PS3 and XBox 360 have deals if you trade in 10 games that have a trade in value of $8 or more. From what I have seen, this means the game has to be rare enough (and high enough demand) that it can sell for over $20 in store; I do have 10 games like that but they seem to be my favourite games from the Gamecube and DS, along with some crappier Wii games.
Ultimately, depending on your library this may or may not be worth it.
