It's my opinion on the artistic side of things sure, but technically Uncharted 3 is superior. This isn't opinion, these are facts:

Higher resolution
Locked frame-rate
Higher-res textures
More advanced environmental effects
Higher polygon count on character models
Far more advanced animations
