Ok, so you are kidding.

Also, it's pretty clear they ran out of time from this making-of thing Keighley did, they still had a ton of unfinished ideas in November and so they just threw some shit together and sold it to people.

What, three+ months aren't enough time to make something better than what we got? I'm not offended by the end result, or that the illusion of choice gets stripped away. Even the bullshit the creators had been spewing before (and now after) the game's release mean little more to me than that another company loves their PR talk. These things don't thrill me, but I wouldn't have minded these things so much.

I'm just annoyed that the game's higher-ups figured that having me/you/us write the ending for them was a good idea. That's... not kosher, especially when said ending rejects some of the established rules of the universe and the game throws an out-of-nowhere curveball at the (almost literal) final second. It's like watching a great running back break through the line, stiff-arm a corner, juke the safety, dash to the one yard line with no time left and the game on the line...then stop, say "fuck it," drop the ball short of the end zone and walk off the field.

It makes noname sad. Worse for Bioware, it makes me apathetic towards the game, and therefore its upcoming DLC.

Of course, I doubt most purchasers ever beat the game, so it's ultimately a moot point!
