Yes he is! First because his bet with MBP resulted in forum spamming and second because the punishment for losing the bet was poorly chosen. In all of this though, I think MBP is the worst offender since he used his victory to push for a tigher control on avatars just because he can't handle a couple bare chested men.

MBP really pushed Pezus over the edge. Especially that naked baby guy. *Barf* O_O I was the one to tell him to put up that kitty Kirby avatar. We were secretly messging. Your secrets out MBP!
