If you want to restrict overly sexualized avatars, go ahead. But these rules cover avatars that aren't sexualized as what appears to be a knee-jerk overreaction. Be more strict with the people pushing the boundaries, not the people who happen to like an attractive avatar. As Mr Khan said in the other thread, "no cleavage" is an absolute joke of a rule.
Also, there are many shirtless avatars I've seen on NeoGaf. Most who have them stay in the gay/bisexual thread, however.
