No, the controls aren't 1:1. From ign: it seems that while the gfx don't match up to PS3/xbox360 standards, the Wii version has nothing to be ashamed of, additionaly the Wii version runs a lot smoother. It also seems that the Wii version is not using the same physics engine as the other ones, but a specially made one for the Wii, allowing the console to show physics almost as good as on PS3/xbox360 while also allowing the game to run a lot smoother.
As for content, the Wii version gets an exclusive duel mode, something over 20 characters from SW in a free-for-all battle.
